01 / The reported connection
Ownership is not an operating title
Forbes reports that Parry-Okeden inherited a 25% interest in Cox Enterprises in 2007 and has no role at the company. Bloomberg’s April 29, 2026 profile described her interest as almost one-quarter. This site therefore describes her as a reported owner or heir—not as a company executive, spokesperson, or representative.
02 / Material update
The 2026 Charter transaction
On August 20, 2026, Charter Communications announced completion of its transaction with Cox Communications. The release says a Cox Enterprises subsidiary received Charter partnership units, convertible preferred units, and cash, and that Cox Enterprises and its subsidiaries owned approximately 26% of the combined entity on the stated fully diluted basis at closing.
That transaction is important business context, but it does not by itself establish the current value of Parry-Okeden’s personal interest. This site does not attempt to recalculate her wealth from the transaction terms.
